This virtual program uses specially filtered music to help regulate the nervous system and create a greater sense of safety, calm, and emotional balance. Guided by a remote coach and accessed through an easy-to-use app, it supports brain-body regulation by helping activate the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in mood, stress response, and connection. Benefits may include improved sleep, digestion, and stress resilience, along with better emotional regulation and stronger, more connected relationships.

Program includes up to 2 parents and 1 child (additional children $97 each). Each participant can complete the program twice over 6 months. Delivered via app with remote coaching support. $499 for the full 6-month program or 3 payments of $175 (total $525). If additional rounds or restart assessments are needed, a $79 fee applies.

Therapeutic Parenting Coaching is a specialized service led by certified trauma-informed counselor, Cindy O'Rourke; with many years of experience raising and caregiving for children from hard places. It is designed to support parents in building stronger, healthier relationships with their children while addressing behavioral challenges and fostering emotional well-being. Through a combination of evidence-based strategies and compassionate guidance, therapeutic parenting coaching helps parents develop effective communication, discipline, and emotional regulation techniques tailored to their child's needs. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of parenting a child with special needs, managing behavioral issues, or simply looking to strengthen family dynamics, this coaching focuses on creating a nurturing, supportive environment for both parents and children. By equipping parents with tools to foster resilience, understanding, and positive connections, therapeutic parenting coaching empowers families to thrive, promoting a more harmonious and connected home life.
