Coaching & Counseling

This powerful virtual program uses specially filtered music to gently cue your nervous system into a state of safety and regulation. It helps lay the foundation for emotional resilience, better stress response, and deeper connection in relationships.

How it works:
By listening through an app, your brain receives calming signals that activate the vagus nerve, helping regulate mood, behavior, and physiological states. A remote coach will guide you through the process.
