Hey! I'm Kathryn, your Office Coordinator and Body Contouring Technician. I have a passion for caretaking and well-being, and have a history as a Nanny for an anti-sex-trafficking organization founder and as a Personal Care Assistant for Cindy O'Rourke's children. I also place a high value on organization and delegation, and have been the Backstage Manager and Props Master for numerous productions. Here at Grace & Wellness, I am thrilled to contribute to people's wellness and health - physically, mentally, and spiritually. My Name is Maddie Loehr and I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years. I starting my coaching journey by leading indoor cycling and group fitness classes. What began as a love for movement quickly turned into a full-time passion for helping others transform their lives through strength training, nutrition, and mindset. Now, at 24 years old, I specialize in working with women in all phases of their fitness journey — from bodybuilding competitors to those focused on weight loss or overall lifestyle improvement. I’m certified through ISSA in both personal training and nutrition and have continued my education with specialized courses in women’s health and gut health. As a bodybuilding athlete myself, I know what it takes to commit to a goal, and I bring that same energy and dedication to every client I work with. Whether it’s stepping on stage, improving your relationship with food, or just feeling stronger and more confident in your own skin — your goals are my goals, and I will show up 110% to help you get there. There’s truly nothing I love more than being a part of someone’s transformation — physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is more than a job for me — it’s my purpose.

I have had the privilege of serving two wonderful families as their nanny, followed by working as a behavior therapist for two autistic children. After homeschooling my two boys, I enjoyed teaching art and gym classes at a South Metro cooperative. I also have a passion for organizing creative movement sessions and designing art activities and games for seniors. Additionally, I became a certified Art Therapy Practitioner and Neurological Reorganization (NR) Coach. I am the founder of BBW (Blessed Business Women), a health and wellness connection group, as well as IM4U (a ministry that provides adopted parents/caregivers with godly tools and resources to those that were exploited and sex trafficked). I am deeply committed to supporting both the young and the elderly, encouraging them to grow in their faith and develop the gifts and talents that God has bestowed upon them.
